See What Others Miss
The Malcolm Gladwell Books
There’s more going on around you than you realize.
Learn to expand your vision, while detecting the subtleties underneath everything as well, and you’ll more easily mold your world to your liking.
There’s a quote that I’ll now butcher for you: “Don’t think that a small group of people can’t change the world. For it’s really the only way any change has ever been brought about.” This book seems related to that phenomenon. It’s also about ideas gaining ground in many small ways before they actually pop. Gives a perspective on what it takes to see a plan through.
Some people are born into circumstances that almost enure victory and success. But they don;t know that as it’s happening. This book makes you aware of this happening, by which you might be able to see if you’re in such a group. If not, you at least get some insight into spotting such people. Then you can develop a plan to incorporate them into your goals or simply help them take their situation even further.
Learn how to see what really matters. Separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak. This has to do with making great decisions. It’s not the only way, of course. But it gives another perspective on how anyone noteworthy became so, enabling you to do the same.
