It Take Guts To Be Me: How An Ex-Marine Beat Bipolar Disorder

It Takes Guts To Be Me by Ken Jensen“It Take Guts To Be Me”

This is the journey I survived (up to 2006) that burned down the “Old Ken” allowing the “New Ken” to emerge.

It’s an often harsh story written in the harsh language of its time. (Marine, remember?)

Some find it an offensive, F-bomb packed horror, loaded with so much pain that it’s hard to finish.

Others read it in one shot, laughing all the way through. For the same reasons.

And many also find peace, inspiration, and hope within its pages.

Depends on where you’re at.

But my system makes up the entire second half and is exactly what I did to put bipolar behind me. (And to see it for what it truly was.) Find it on Amazon.

(2022 Note) I’ve been bipolar-free ever since I published. Remnants of anxiety lingered on and off for a few years. But that’s it.

Nothing that could be called bipolar ever came back. And I take non-medical steps to keep it that way, even to this day.

And I still wholly endorse everything I wrote back then…

except

…I laid most of the glory for my success completely at the feet of Truehope, a supplement company created to fight bipolar disorder.

Since that time, I’ve come to understand there are multiple pathways to success with mental illness. And that one just happened to be the most powerful for me.

So, I still swear by Truehope. I implore you to investigate them, even.

But I’m clear that not everyone will achieve what I did with their help, for any number of reasons.

Good luck!
