The Nexus Point Of My Entire Life Was My Experience With Bipolar Disorder.
A nice 8-year run through the battlefields of Hell itself.
– Up to my late 20s, it was where I was inevitably heading.
– And everything I eventually became today stemmed from what came after.
The journey both destroyed and saved me.
What I came to understand was that much about me was misaligned.
But I refused to grow up and do something about any of it.
So my mind annihilated the old me, allowing the new me to emerge.
The new me is a better way to go (says me and everyone who knew the old me.)
The way I did it became the system you’re looking into right now.
That’s the Cliff Notes version.
Fast Forward To Today:
I eventually learned that this system was far more than I’d first imagined.
Hyper-focusing on bipolar as I did, in order to save my life, made me blind to what I’d actually built.
Here’s the system’s outline:
- The Problems And My Solution: What Are We Really Up Against?
- Step One: Your Actual Guts
- Step Two: Friend Fish
- Step Three: Wake Up And Calm Down
- Step Four: Step UP!
- Step Five: Houseclean
- Step Six(a): You Gonna Eat That?
- Step Six(b): Walk With Me
- Step Seven: It’s Cool. Really.
- Step Eight: The Hardware/Software Connection
- Step Nine: Bend An Ear
- Step Ten: Friend Pen
- Next Step: You Do You
A Bit Of A Disclaimer And Clarifier
I can’t actually coach you through fighting bipolar as a stand alone service. I won’t even try. Nor do you really want me to.
(Please see the disclaimer in the site footer below.)
But if you have medical support of some type, use this info with their help and maybe you’ll get a piece of what I got.
For the rest of you, I offer this course as sort of a tuneup, an alternative view for staying stable.
Or something to be used, in part or in whole, with whatever pathway to recovery you might have going on.
This is also a way of showing you what I’ve learned and how it applies to my overall coaching services.
It’s packed with explanatory videos, written material and action steps, as well as links to any 3rd party resources mentioned.
